When we obsess about our weight and our diet it gets us no where. Only when we learn to listen to our inner guide will we be healthy. While you will learn the basic rules of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle, the changes that will occur in you will be from a place deep inside of you. A voice you might not have heard or trusted.
Retraining your thoughts and words begins to change your experiences. If your thinking stays the same so does your life. You will often hear me say, “Whatever you think about becomes bigger”. It really is imperative that you change your beliefs at a core level or you will simply slide back into the place where you began.
The food you eat becomes who you are, it makes up every cell in your body. The thoughts you think also create who you become.
I know you love your bagels, bread, desserts and going out to eat. You are holding on to it like a lifeline. What if I told you that you could still eat these foods, only we will change them up a little.
Don't fool yourself any longer thinking I can't do this because I just love great tasting food too much. You can do it! I will prove to you that you can have great taste and still be healthy.
